The next session of the A19 seminar series (VALE / LARCA) will take place on Friday, January 27, 2pm-4pm at Sorbonne Université, Bibliothèque de l’UFR d’études anglophones (esc. Todd Carmody will give a talk entitled « Work Requirements: Literary Labour and Social Welfare, » drawn from his recently published book, Work Requirements: Race, Disability, and The Print Culture of Social Welfare (Duke UP, 2022).
