Xavier Kalck est Maître de conférences à Sorbonne Université, où il enseigne la littérature britannique et américaine, et la traduction. Il a publié plusieurs ouvrages portant sur la poésie américaine du vingtième siècle, dont “We Said Objectivist”. Lire les poètes Lorine Niedecker, George Oppen, Carl Rakosi, Charles Reznikoff, Louis Zukofsky, en 2019, et George Oppen’s Poetics of the Commonplace en 2017. Il poursuit des travaux sur l’herméneutique littéraire.

 

Xavier Kalck is associate professor at Sorbonne University, where he teaches American and British literature, as well as translation classes.
