Mes recherches portent sur la littérature postcoloniale indienne et sur les rapports qu’entretiennent le droit et la littérature dans les pays du Commonwealth, plus particulièrement en Inde. Je m’intéresse aux questions éthiques, politiques, juridiques et environnementales dans les pays postcoloniaux. J’étudie les œuvres des écrivains comme Amitav Ghosh, Arundhati Roy, Kiran Desai, Yann Martel et Sudeep Sen sous l’angle de l’éco-critique. En étudiant la portée juridique des lois environnementales, j’essaie de faire le lien entre mes recherches et mon domaine d’enseignement (anglais juridique). J’ai participé à la rédaction de l’ouvrage Glossaire de droit anglais : Méthode, traduction et approche comparative, co-écrit avec mes collègues de l’Université Paris Panthéon Assas, paru d’abord chez Dalloz en 2014, et puis en 2ème édition en 2019. Mes chapitres étaient sur la propriété intellectuelle, au droit de l’environnement, aux droits de l’homme et à l’immigration.

My research focusses on postcolonial Indian literature and on the relationship between Law and Literature in the countries of the Commonwealth, with an emphasis on India. I am interested in ethical, political, legal, and environmental issues in postcolonial countries. I have studied the works of writers like Amitav Ghosh, Arundhati Roy, Kiran Desai, Yann Martel and Sudeep Sen from an ecocritical angle. By studying the legal scope of environmental laws, I have tried to link my domain of research and my field of teaching (Legal English). I am a co-author of Glossaire de droit anglais : Méthode, traduction et approche comparative, written in collaboration with my colleagues at the University of Paris Panthéon Assas, initially published in 2014 and later as a 2nd edition in 2019. My chapters were on Intellectual Property, Environmental Law, Human Rights, and Immigration.
